TV rarely gets more Vaporwave than the 1988 classic Working Girl:

I'd say the X files episode "Kill Switch" is pretty vaporwave

Watch Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It's a great film.

That's a classic for sure! Though I got more of a Cyberpunk / Synthwave feel than a Vaporwave feel from the movie.

Youtube just recommended me this thing. both in content and buzzing VHS sound on the back it is a distinctively vaporwave thing. Only between fukuyama's end of history and 9/11 people talked this talk.

Kung Fury is an Internet crowd-funded short film on YouTube. Extreme VW vibes. It's about 30 minutes long, and it is absolutely hilarious.

I second Kung Fury. It's like Hot Fuzz on Adderall - I could not stop laughing the entire time.

Plus, it features Adolf Hitler, played by Jorma Tacome from Lonely Island.
