nice! I just found this website: https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/sega-dreamcast
its a very comprehensive archive of video game soundtracks. everything is downloadable as mp3, though they have a weird policy for downloading whole albums in one go. separate track downloads work without any trouble.
